Return Policy

Products are backed with a 30-Day Guarantee (see terms below) to all Customers. If you are not completly satisfied with your purchase you may return the product(s) for a full “Product” refund less shipping charges.

Vaxa Attend and Vaxa Attend Mini are backed by a 12 Month Guarantee from the date of the original* purchase (see definition below).

TERMS:

• Product must have been purchased from our website www.vitaminplanet.com.
• Return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number, please call us at the number listed above.
• Returns received without an RMA number will be issued an “In-House” credit if they fall within the 30-Day Guarantee Window.
• Return your bottles (empty of full) – refunds are contingent on the number of bottles returned.
• Product returns will only be accepted once. If a product is returned and then repurchased again at a future date, the product purchased at a later date will not be offered the 30-Day Guarantee.
